Multi-Site lambda-dynamics trajectory analysis:

Replica exchange with REPDSTR:

NOTE: For REPDSTR with the FAST keyword, replicas change positions relative
to one another. Therefore, "up" and "down" exchanges change meaning to refer
to the replica rather than the temperature ladder. Furthermore, unlike in
non-FAST replica exchange, an exchange that does not occur because there is
no available neighbor is treated as having a probability of 0 in the
calculation of ?REPROB.
